At Sandmart Works, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided we have not yet begun work on your custom printable. To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
Refunds We offer full refunds in the following cases:
- The final printable does not match the details you provided at the time of ordering
- You received a damaged or corrupted file
- We were unable to deliver your order
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, please contact us at mandar@sandmartworks.xyz or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the design has been completed
- Errors in details provided by the customer at the time of ordering
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
