1. Products We create and sell custom printables — digital files designed as per your specifications. All designs are made to order.

2. Orders Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your custom printable. Please ensure all details (names, dates, preferences) are provided correctly at the time of ordering.

3. Delivery Custom printables are delivered digitally to your registered email address. No physical product is shipped. Delivery is typically within 2–5 business days depending on order complexity.

4. Intellectual Property All designs created by S&Martworks remain our intellectual property. Printables are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
